Position
Rare opportunity for an experienced Technical Trainer Content Designer to join an innovative and fast-paced IoT company and play a key role in designing and delivering from scratch compelling training content for all departments. We are looking for individuals who will bring a combination of technical understanding, effective communication, detail orientation, and creativity to the team. The role reports to the CCO and sits within the growing and forward-thinking Technical Consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with members from various departments to identify, plan, and develop a list of training courses for each department.
· Ensure that learning content is accurate, relevant, effective, and aligned with corporate messaging and branding
· Create and maintain an online library of training courses that is accessible to all employees.
· Work with Product Managers to write and deliver training on new products when released.
· Manage all aspects of the training cycle including design, implementation, review, and updates
· Provide support and guidance to 3 party trainers across the globe on how to deliver the training course.
· Regularly review feedback to improve training courses for future audiences.
· Implement training solutions aligned with business priorities, emphasizing creating engaging, interactive, and memory-retentive learning experiences.
· Update training courses based on product updates and process changes to maintain their relevance and accuracy.
Requirements
· Degree qualification in Engineering, educational technology, instructional design, or a related field.
· Experience in generating and delivering technical training material ideally within a telecoms, mobile data, or IT company.
· Experience in writing training courses on behalf of 3 party companies.
· Ability to address training needs with complete courses for all departments.
· Attention to detail, excellent collaboration, and project management skills.
· Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects.
· Ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively transfer expertise into training content.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail.
· Takes ownership of their duties while maintaining a strong desire to learn new technologies and solutions.
· Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff and external clients while always representing the business.
· Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines.
· Adopt a highly organized approach to managing time, workflow and processes.
· Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically and calmly
