As our Sales Trainer, you will be the first buddy for the Telesales Team, providing assistance on what and how they should do their job. Your main objective will be to provide the Sales team with the learning and development activities, so that they can know how they can improve their ways of working in achieving the company targets.

Requirements

• >5 years of related experience or experience in Telesales, sales, or Operations environments
• Have modules and curricula and are licensed preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting timelines on deliverables
• Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
• Strong attention to detail
