Work as independent contributor and part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and business analysts to build data science solutions that solve a wide array of business value such as increasing customer engagement and help grow JULO’s customer base and transactions
Rapidly prototype data science solutions and be involved in product and feature discussions
Analyze large volume data and generate insights which will be actionable
Own end-to-end solutioning, from formulating the technical problem to deployment (along with engineers) of the solution
Continuously improve the predictive value of our models, monitor model performance in production systems closely
Develop a culture of highly reproducible work, attention to detail, quality of work and getting solutions to production quickly

Behavior Score Model to provide relevant customers’ creditworthiness to determine the credit limit
User-level Incentive Model to assign the most optimized incentive to the right customers
Collection Recommendation Enginerrangement, following team's arrangement

Requirements You Should Have

Exceptional CAN-DO ATTITUDE
3+ years of experience of applied Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Analysis or Modelling
Experience working with relational SQL databases
Fluency in Python and the Python Data Science toolkit
Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
You must be results-oriented and willing to work in a fast and dynamic environment
Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, (Multivariate) Calculus, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Algorithms and complex optimization
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, (Applied) Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar advanced degree is preferred
