Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team and marketing department to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to Website graphics and assets, Social media graphics and content, Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters), Email templates, Presentations, and Brand assets (logos, style guides)
  • Conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables are accurate and high-quality.
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant software and design technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSC. in Applied Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with other design software (e.g., Figma, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, composition).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides and Docs/ Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Motion Designing/ Video Editing Experience is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and projects.
