Managing all accounting receivables and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures, especially regarding taxation
Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and storing data on receivables, sales, and merchant settlements
Ensuring all payments are accounted for and adequately documented both daily and monthly
Managing bundling on CRM
Doing reconciliation of all income/revenue
Updating list of accounts receivable reports

Job Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience as Account Receivable
Familiar with the taxation process and documentation
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will be preferred
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Fast learner and ability to adapt
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
