Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and make relationship with brokers sales team, agents, business partners and clients for sales functions
  • Recruit more brokers, business partners to increase business and achieve company target
  • Provide the group insurance quotation and negotiate with underwriter for good pricing
  • Planning for Sales forecasts budget in each year
  • Planning marketing strategies and activities with brokers, agent, business partners and clients
  • Visiting brokers, agents, business partners for sale improvement
  • Coordinate with other relative department
  • Solving problems of both clients and internally for smooth work flow
  • Reporting and updating each report to team leader (premium report, outstanding report, commission report) also for brokers, agents, business partners and clients
  • Follow up premium payment with brokers, agents, partners and clients
  • Prepare and review renewal conditions based on expiry notice and provide the renew quotation

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or another related subject and will have proven sales experience, with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Previous or current experience working for an Insurance Company/Broker would be benefit.
  • Demonstrate that you can work under pressure, the desire to develop relationships and grow as an insurance expert.
  • Confidence, with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.
  • Hold license Non-Life insurance / Life insurance / Broker license.
  • Good command in both Thai and English in writing and speaking.
