Job Description:

• Coordinate with customers to confirm billing details
• Issue invoices using the Express system and Excel files
• Prepare billing documents, receipts, and tax invoices
• Follow up on payments from customers and coordinate with the Sales team
• Record relevant accounting entries in the Express system
• Prepare AR Aging reports and ensure timely collection from customers
• Perform AR account reconciliations
• Handle related tax matters
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Honest and possesses a strong sense of professional ethics
• Diligent, patient, and responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and resourceful
• Proficient in Thai and English typing
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience with the Express accounting software is a plus
• Experience in insurance companies or insurance brokerage firms is an advantage
• Willingness to propose new ideas and methods that benefit the company
• Open to new technologies, information, and innovations
• Strong team player and able to work well under pressure
