Job Description:
  • Create and maintain employee databases.
  • Maintain HR tools and ensure all employees have been registered since day 1.
  • Focus on providing and maintaining an HR ops database.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR or People Operations from the tech/startup companies.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of administrative data with quality in a timely manner.
  • Strong in administration and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and have good initiative under a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
