- Manage overall HR Operations function including administration of HR-related processes and procedures. This includes tasks such as managing HRIS, processing employee data, Insurance, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of HR-related processes and procedures.
- Handle general HR-related matters, such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Maintaining employee databases.
- Filing documents related to the HR department.
- Managing HRIS business process
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly related to payroll and benefits.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.
- Familiarity with Kitas, Visa & EP
- Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
