What’s the mission you’ll drive

Elevate Addi’s market positioning by leading a world-class copy function that blends elite creative craftsmanship with performance driven data. You will scale the brand's voice across financial products and retail campaigns, integrating AI-driven workflows to multiply output speed and effectiveness without compromising brand integrity.

What you will do

  • Brand & Campaign Copy Excellence: Own and elevate the quality of all copy output across financial product communications and retail campaigns.

  • Performance Driven Creative Results: Deliver copy-led campaigns with proven efficiency outcomes — OR, CTR, CTOR and engagement benchmarks met or exceeded across at least three major campaigns in the first year.

  • AI-Layer definition and training: Embed AI agents into creative workflows (e.g., campaign ideation, copy variant testing), with documented efficiency gains in output speed and iteration cycles.

  • Testing Cycle: Build a living content testing repository that connects copy definitions with data-backed insights.

  • Team Elevation: Hire, train, and align the creative copy team around Addi's brand standards and AI-assisted workflows.

    What we’re looking for

Creative Leadership & Craft

  • 5+ years leading creative or copy teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (fintech, e-commerce, creative agency, or high-growth startup).

  • Portfolio demonstrating both brand-building work and high-efficiency performance campaigns not one or the other, but both.

  • Sets high standards for craft while staying pragmatic about timelines, constraints, and business context. Knows when to push creative ambition and when to prioritize clarity and conversion.

Strategic Copy Thinking

  • Goes beyond wordsmithing , understands how copy ladders up to brand strategy, user goals, campaign objectives, and funnel stage.

  • Can write and direct copy for awareness, consideration, and conversion with equal fluency across financial products and retail contexts.

  • Proven ability to translate complex or sensitive financial topics into approachable, clear, and motivating language for diverse Colombian audiences.

  • User-centric approach. Constantly seeks to understand user goals and needs to inform content decisions.

Performance Orientation

  • Comfortable reading performance data, forming hypotheses, and iterating copy based on results. Brings a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign.

  • Proven record of creative work that drives real, measurable business outcomes not just beautiful work, but work that performs.

AI Fluency & Curiosity

  • Already incorporates AI tools into creative processes actual usage, not just awareness.

  • Sees AI as a creative accelerator and is excited about building the systems that allow a small team to punch far above its weight.

  • Represent the copy discipline in a AI driven-environment where the question is no longer "can we make this?" but "should we, and does it sound like us?

Adaptability & Resourcefulness

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments. Finds creative solutions with limited resources and adjusts quickly to shifting priorities without losing quality or momentum.

  • Extremely resourceful able to do more with less, build from scratch, and create structure where there is none.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Works fluidly with brand, marketing, product and lending teams. Able to translate briefs from multiple stakeholders into unified, coherent creative.

  • Collaborate with product and cx teams to ensure voice and tone are deeply integrated across all creative touchpoints and channels..

How the hiring process looks like

We believe in a fast, transparent, and engaging hiring experience that allows both you and us to determine if there's a great fit. Here’s what our process looks like:

  • Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
    A conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.

  • Step 2: Initial Interview (45-60 min)
    A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.

  • Step 3: Stakeholder Interview (30 min)A conversation with your Product Director to discuss product strategy, technical trade-offs, and collaboration. Be ready to showcase how your design decisions and product delivery align with business and user needs

  • Step 4: Practical Exercise (60 min)
    You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.

  • Step 5: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
    If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
