BukuWarung are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in mass hiring initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience in managing large-scale recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in mass recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Maintain and update large candidate databases accurately and efficiently.
- Support in conducting online/offline assessments and interviews during mass hiring activities.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, such as job fairs, campus hiring events, or virtual recruitment campaigns.
- Provide daily/weekly progress reports on recruitment activities to the TA team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the TA team.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate
- Strong interest in recruitment, especially in large-scale hiring (mass hiring).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.) and experience managing large databases.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (full-time or part-time).
- Prior experience in recruitment-related activities (e.g., campus organizations or previous internships) is a plus.
