Bureau was founded by Ranjan R Reddy (CEO), a repeat entrepreneur with deep experience in

Global Mobile Business. His earlier startup was acquired by Boku post where he took on the

role of Chief Business Officer at Boku (acquired by Twilio) before launching Bureau.

How will your day look like at Bureau?

  • Develop and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Bureau Platform's APIs and SDKs, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals and objectives

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define and prioritize API and SDK features and functionality, and ensure their successful delivery

  • Lead and synthesize market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities, analyze customer feedback, and stay up-to-date with the industry to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation

  • Define and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, API documentation, and developer guides

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful adoption of APIs and SDKs, and work to resolve any technical issues or challenges

  • Develop and implement API and SDK governance policies, including security, data privacy, and compliance, to ensure that the product meets regulatory and industry standards

  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the APIs and SDKs, and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth

What does it take to be in this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent work experience

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in technical product management, with a previous background managing API and SDK products

  • Strong technical background, including experience with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and developer tools

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Knowledge of identity verification and fraud detection products and markets is a plus.

  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
