Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with product engineering, marketing, design, content producers, and artist/label relation teams to deliver customer-obsessed engineering solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies.

You will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance the needs of the business and technical constraints. You will be a role model enforcer of industry-standard software development processes and practices.

You possess a deep understanding of customer-facing product design, complex software services and will represent the technical team to senior leadership and partners. Your technical expertise, attention to detail about process efficiencies, and operational excellence will influence the team’s decisions and drive secure and robust solutions.

You should be obsessed with driving continuous process improvements to optimize product delivery. If you enjoy solving problems in a dynamic environment, and influencing product, business, and technical leaders with creative solutions, we want to talk to you.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Drive implementation and delivery of large-scale initiatives

  • Led agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap

  • Understand service inter-dependencies, and lead cross-functional teams toward technical solutions

  • Clarify, prioritize, and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability

  • Strong (executive) communication and presentation skills

  • Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks, and mitigation plans clearly

  • Strong metrics-based decision-making skills

  • Drive continued process improvements in the organization

  • Mentor junior employees and build effective teams
