What to expect from the role?

As an account manager you will develop the strategic roadmap and own driving success for every Bureau customer. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in driving customer goals, product utilisation, and revenue expansion by ensuring engagement, success, retention, renewal, and growth while managing the overall account management. The right candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is passionate about customer advocacy, and has a proven track record of scaling the Customer Success/Support functions for Enterprise SaaS startups, and ideally has interest/familiarity/experience with the digital identity, fraud, risk industries. You will become a trusted advisor to our customers, will deeply understand their business and their needs, and will help them maximise the value they get from the Bureau Platform.

You need to be a proven leader who is hardwired to build and execute strategy, as well as offer a best-in-class customer experience. They will be responsible for leading and developing a results-oriented and proactive team, and will architect, execute, and continuously improve operations and processes.

How will your day look like at Bureau?

  • Strategically map your accounts to meticulously identify, develop, and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Innovatively generate new business opportunities, while proactively managing and expanding existing accounts to maximize growth potential.

  • Diligently oversee the renewal process, enhance retention rates, and meticulously monitor client engagement with the Bureau product, ensuring optimal utilization and satisfaction.

  • Strategically define account-specific strategies and meticulously execute a comprehensive quarterly sales plan to drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients and internal teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Ensure the seamless and timely delivery of tailored solutions that precisely align with client needs and objectives, maintaining a commitment to excellence.

  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives with clarity and transparency, engaging both internal and external stakeholders for alignment and buy-in.

  • Utilize advanced analytics to systematically measure, track, and analyze key account metrics, deriving actionable insights to continuously optimize performance and deliver exceptional results.

What does it take to be in this role?

  • 4-5 years previous work experience as Key Account Manager or similar role in a SaaS /PaaS organization.

  • Good working knowledge of the BFSI industry

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • A customer-oriented attitude that drives results

  • Aptitude in networking, building & maintaining long term strategic relationships

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive ownership, motivated and result-oriented

  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure startup environment

  • Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputed institute
