We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising our development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. If you have a solid foundation in both software development and IT operations, along with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

How will your day look at Bureau?

• Architecting and Building complex systems and setting up infrastructure and development tools with code

• Leading major infrastructure decisions and setting up Roadmap for Infra Team.

• Driving automation and DevOps best practices across the organization.

• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

• Work collaboratively with the software engineering team to deploy and operate systems.

• Implement and manage robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus

• Perform root cause analysis for production errors. Investigate and resolve technical issues

What does it take to be on this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a DevOps role, 6-10 years of relevant experience.

• Past experience with leading cloud infrastructure deployments and manage services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring optimal scalability and cost-efficiency.

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby) for automation tasks.

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools using Terraform

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).

• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Github Actions, Codebuild).

• Solid understanding of networking concepts.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security best practices and vulnerability management.
