How will your day look like?
Campaign Management: Your day will kick off with analyzing ongoing campaigns. You’ll dive into data and reports to measure performance across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
Creative Strategy: You’ll collaborate closely with the content and design teams to come up with new ideas, whether it's for a fresh social media post, a blog piece, or an email campaign that speaks to our audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Midday, you’ll be reviewing analytics from Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track campaign performance. You'll identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and adjust strategies to ensure the best results.
Team Collaboration: You’ll sync with cross-functional teams, from sales to product, to ensure your marketing strategies align with broader business goals and drive growth.
Stay Ahead: Your day will also include keeping an eye on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, so you’re always ahead of the curve and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
What does it take to be in this role?
Experience: You’ll need 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing platforms. Experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Mailchimp is a plus.
Data-Driven: You should have a knack for analyzing data, optimizing campaigns based on insights, and measuring success with KPIs that align with business goals.
Creativity & Communication: You need to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to every campaign. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with teams and presenting campaign insights.
Adaptability & Innovation: Digital marketing is ever-evolving, and we need someone who thrives on staying up to date with industry trends and innovates accordingly.
