How will your day look like?

  • Campaign Execution: Begin your day planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and other field activities, to amplify brand visibility and drive lead generation.

  • Audience Engagement: You’ll be at the heart of customer interaction, gathering insights, sharing product knowledge, and driving engagement during field events.

  • Performance Measurement: After each event, analyze the success of your field campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot to assess footfall, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure on-ground activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals. You'll also coordinate with vendors and partners for seamless campaign execution.

  • Creative Input: Share your learnings from the field to refine messaging, design, and promotional strategies that resonate better with target audiences.

  • Stay Updated: Keep an eye on competitors’ field activities and emerging trends in field marketing, so you’re always one step ahead.

What does it take to be in this role?

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in field marketing or event-based marketing roles. Proven expertise in organizing and managing on-ground campaigns is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with audiences, pitch ideas, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush to measure and analyze campaign performance.

  • Creativity & Flexibility: A knack for coming up with innovative ideas for campaigns and adapting to changes quickly.
