About the Role - Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a growth marketer who can own pipeline outcomes and build a predictable demand gen engine for Bureau. You’ll start as a hands-on individual contributor, running full-funnel programs across digital and field channels, and grow into the Head of Demand Generation role within 6–12 months.

You should be as comfortable discussing pipeline targets with sales leadership as you are optimizing a paid campaign or orchestrating a field event.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own Pipeline & Revenue Influence: Take complete ownership of MQL → SQL → Opportunity generation for assigned geographies.

  • Integrated Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, content syndication, ABM) aligned with pipeline goals.

  • Funnel Optimization: Map, automate, and measure user journeys to improve conversion rates across the funnel.

  • Marketing Operations: Set up and manage the automation stack (HubSpot, CRM, attribution tools) and own performance reporting.

  • Sales Alignment: Partner closely with regional Sales and SDR teams to define ICPs, lead routing, follow-up cadences, and feedback loops.

  • Field & Event Marketing: Work with leadership to design and execute event plays - roundtables, conferences, and co-marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.

  • Performance Tracking: Continuously measure ROI and improve campaign efficiency across paid, organic, and partner channels.

What You’ll Bring

To shine here, you should have:

  • Years of experience: 6 to 10 years

  • Proven experience owning pipeline or opportunity creation metrics (not just vanity metrics).

  • Strong background in B2B Marketing across India, SEA, and the Middle East markets.

  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), event ROI tracking, and ABM execution.

  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics, and funnel reporting.

  • Ability to independently interface with Sales, Leadership, and external partners.

  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or leading demand generation teams.

  • Exposure to BFSI or Risk/Fraud/Identity Tech domains.

  • Prior enterprise sales experience or close partnership with sales teams.

  • Comfort working in a high-velocity, high-ownership environment.
