Location: US (Remote) or San Francisco
Reports to: CEO
About the role
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you'll be the strategic and operational force multiplier who ensures our boldest priorities don't just get set—they get executed.
You'll own the operating system: quarterly planning, strategic initiatives (international expansion, org design, GTM strategy), and internal alignment. You'll work across every function—Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance—to turn ambiguity into structure and strategy into results.
This isn't a note-taking role. You'll drive outcomes, unblock execution, and build the infrastructure that powers a global company.
What you will do
1. Build the Operating System
Own quarterly planning, OKRs, and leadership reviews
Design operating cadences that keep teams aligned and moving fast
Run executive offsites, board prep, and company-wide forums
Accelerate decision-making across functions
2. Lead Strategic Projects
International expansion (market entry, GTM execution, partnerships)
Organizational design (team restructuring, performance management, leadership transitions)
GTM acceleration (sales playbooks, channel strategy, revenue operations)
Product launches and fundraising prep
3. Drive Clarity and Alignment
Write strategic memos, decision docs, and company updates
Prep materials for board meetings, all-hands, and investor updates
Ensure everyone knows what we're building, why it matters, and what's expected
4. Enable the CEO
Help prioritize what gets done now vs. later
Prepare decision briefs, frame tradeoffs, drive follow-through
Anticipate bottlenecks and unblock execution
5. Operational Oversight
Monitor KPIs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance
Identify bottlenecks and scaling gaps
Build dashboards and drive data-informed decisions
What you’ll bring
Experience:
4-8 years in strategy, operations, or business leadership (consulting, BizOps, GTM strategy, or high-growth startups)
SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B background preferred
Track record building or improving revenue operations, strategic initiatives, or company-wide processes
Skills:
Strategic thinking – Turn ambiguity into structured plans with clear outcomes
Operational rigor – Build systems, track metrics, enforce processes
Executive communication – Write memos and briefs that drive decisions; influence without authority
Execution bias – High ownership, follow-through, and accountability
Bonus:
Consulting background or top-tier MBA
International expansion or emerging markets experience
Prior Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, or BizOps role
Why this role?
Direct CEO partnership – Shape strategy alongside the founder
High leverage – Your work impacts international expansion, major initiatives, and company direction
Build the foundation – Create systems and processes that scale a global company
Career growth – CoS roles are launching pads to GM, VP Strategy, VP Operations, or founder roles
