About the Role - Business Development Representative
Bureau is looking for a busines Development representative (BDR) professional who sets ambitious personal goals with a consistent and repeatable process. You will be instrumental in landing and expanding our core customer base. You will be working with senior-level technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple verticals. In addition to managing the full sales cycle, you will have a significant opportunity to shape our GTM processes.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns through email, phone & social platforms to build a great first expression.
You will have to understand customer needs and requirements and qualify leads.
You will need to research accounts, identify key stakeholders & generate interest.
You will be maintaining and expanding your database of prospects.
You will team with field & channel sales teams to build pipelines and close deals.
You will be conducting effective online demos for prospects.
You will route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development, nurturing and closure.
Research potential target markets based on our product and technology offerings and on the overall markets' needs, and create actionable target prospects lists, also leveraging an existing network
Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
You will be at the forefront of working with the market development team through a period of hypergrowth.
What You’ll Bring
3-4 years of work experience in Business Development or Sales for API-based, fast paced/hyper growth SaaS companies with hands-on experience in Lead generation.
Familiarity across the entire customer acquisition cycle.
Experience solving problems with minimal guidance and supervision, and you proactively identify new ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
Passion for being with customers, telling their stories, expanding relationships, and doing so in a strategic manner.
Experience supporting BFSI, Tech, Fintech, Gaming, etc. industry segments.
Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance and supervision and you proactively identify new ways to improve productivity and efficiency

Exceptional communication skills, ability to express ideas and information clearly and explain ideas logically.

Ability to learn a technical product and deliver its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong HubSpot or similar sales CRM experience.
Identify, fraud, and/risk or platform sales experience a plus as well.
