What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Bureau APIs and SDKs, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals and objectives

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define and prioritize API and SDK features and functionality, and ensure their successful delivery

  • Lead and synthesize market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities, analyze customer feedback, and stay up-to-date with the industry to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation

  • Define and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, API documentation, and developer guides

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful adoption of APIs and SDKs, and work to resolve any technical issues or challenges

  • Develop and implement API and SDK governance policies, including security, data privacy, and compliance, to ensure that the product meets regulatory and industry standards

  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the APIs and SDKs, and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth

What You’ll Bring

  • MBA / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent work experience

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in technical product management, with a previous background managing API and SDK products

  • Strong technical background, including experience with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and developer tools

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Knowledge of identity verification and fraud detection products and markets is a plus.

  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
