enza is looking for a Fraud Analyst that will be responsible for monitoring transactions, identifying suspicious activities, investigating potential fraud cases, and supporting the implementation of fraud prevention strategies to protect customers, partners, and the organization.

Key responsibilities:

– Monitor daily transaction activities across payment channels to detect unusual or suspicious
patterns.

– Investigate alerts generated by fraud monitoring systems and take appropriate action based on
established procedures.

– Conduct detailed case investigations, document findings, and prepare investigation reports.

– Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance, customer support, and
technology to resolve fraud related incidents.

– Escalate confirmed fraud cases according to internal escalation protocols and regulatory
requirements.

– Support continuous improvement of fraud detection rules, monitoring processes, and internal
controls.

– Maintain accurate records of investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal
audit requirements.

– Provide recommendations to strengthen fraud prevention controls based on investigation insights
and trends.

– Participate in fraud awareness initiatives and support internal training when required

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a
related field

– 2-3 years of experience in fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, risk analysis, or financial crime
operations preferably within fintech, banking, or payments

– Strong analytical and investigation skills with high attention to detail

– Fluency in English is required both written and spoken

– Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24-hour operational environment

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fraud monitoring tools is preferred
