We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Analyst to achieve our growth ambition.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Min. 2 years experience in project management, marketing, and analytics (preferably in a high-growth tech environment)
  • Familiarity with user acquisition, and retention tactics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth
  • Fluency in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Gsheet (SQL is a plus)

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and designers for implementation
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Utilize various analytics tools to analyze user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, and funnel performance.
  • Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities that can drive growth and competitiveness.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of innovation projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
