Creative Lead - Copy/Sr. Copywriter

We are looking for a Sr. Copywriter who can help the Marketing creatives team producing impactful brand & marketing communication materials.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with Art Director to strategize, develop & execute creative ideas for 360 degrees both for brand & marketing campaign across platforms; TV, digital ads, audio, on ground activities up to out of home media
  • Strategize, develop & create compelling copies to engage with relevant target audiences for above/below the line & digital/performance marketing.
  • Plan, share, promote, and measure the impact of a compelling creative campaign
  • Work closely with the art director & design team on creative direction for video and image assets, make sure deliverables are on time & on brief
  • Supervise, proofreading & carrying out quality checks within the marketing team
  • Responsible for all campaign production processes (from pre to post production) videos, audio & OOH. To ensure the execution meets the mark and in line with JULO Brand guidelines.


  • Min 5 years of experience in above the line advertising agency & digital.
  • Strong academic background, GPA/IPK 3,0+ from a reputable university. Majoring in Communication or Marketing is a plus.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills with strong copywriting experience across different channels (TV/digital video, radio, performance ads, push notifications, article, emails, etc)
  • Can independently develop 360 campaign strategy & ideas (TV, socmed & digital marketing such as performance ads, up to below the line & out of home media such as billboard, etc)
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a keen understanding of how to engage and captivate audience through words especially in digital world.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax. Both in English & Bahasa.
  • An observer with hunger for exploring ideas & trends, has strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
  • Strategic understanding of a brand. Comprehends and understands brand continuity, tonality & guidelines and brand positioning.
  • Independently translate briefs from creative directors & users into ideas & execute them into strong copywritings.
  • Leadership abilities who can collaborate well with the team to brainstorm and produce ideas.
  • Can peer-review creative work from the wider team and give clear and concise direction.
  • Enthusiasm to pursue excellence, proactive, Can DO attitude, able to multitask & work well in fast paced environment
  • Avid social media user & interest in marketing, fintech industry
