Key Responsibilities:

  • External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior members and management to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and debt funders, ensuring transparent and effective communication channels.
  • Corporate Actions Execution: Engage in the end-to-end process of planning, preparing, and executing corporate actions, encompassing equity fundraising, debt fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Funding: Analyze and evaluate lender needs to strengthen existing partnerships and improve lender integration experience; deliver quality assurance / audit and reporting requirements to lending partners regularly; assist with data preparation and documentation quality checks.
  • Analytics: Creating financial model analysis data pack, maintaining data entry as well as preparing marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide crucial support to senior members and management by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and research, generating valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and actionable strategies.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Advisory, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL is considered a plus.
  • Profound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Expertise in financial projection and modelling.
  • Proficiency in presentation creation, with a keen eye for creating visually engaging and impactful slides.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively navigate multiple projects with multiple timelines.
  • Exceptional report writing, analytical, and data processing skills.
  • High self-motivation, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
