We are looking for a one of a kind FP&A Specialist to join our fast-growing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Accounting
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in FP&A or financial services sector
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills; comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas.
• Proficiency in Gsuites (Gsheets, Gdocs, and Gslides).
• Familiar with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
• Experience on doing Financial Projections
• Familiar with consolidation and entity reporting concept
• Agile and easily adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Experience in fintech and startup will be a plus
• Have understanding in basic SQL will be a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must

Job Description

• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly company P&L performance and track against budget
• Support on finding insights on the drivers of variance the performance to the budget and propose recommendation to improve the performances
• Prepare rolling forecast of P&L performance on weekly basis based on latest actual data
• Support on the budgeting process, assist stakeholders along the process and ensure the process within timeline
• Prepare P&L, B/S and Cash projections in short term (6 months – 1 year) and long term (1-5 years)
