Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in FP&A, in Investment Banking, Advisory, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.
  • Profound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiar with consolidation and entity reporting concept
  • Strong analytical, reporting and financial skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills; comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gsuites (Gsheets, Gdocs, and Gslides).
  • Proficiency in presentation creation, with a keen eye for creating visually engaging and impactful slides.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively navigate multiple projects with multiple timelines.
  • High self-motivation, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in fintech and startup will be a plus
  • Have understanding in basic SQL will be a plus
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must

Job Description

  • External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior members and management to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and debt funders, ensuring transparent and effective communication channels.
  • Corporate Actions Execution: Engage in the end-to-end process of planning, preparing, and executing corporate actions, encompassing equity fundraising, debt fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitorand maintain daily, weekly and monthly company P&L performance and track against budget
  • Support on finding insights on the drivers of variance the performance to the budget and propose recommendation to improve the performances
  • Prepare rolling forecast of P&L performance on weekly basis based on latest actual data
  • Support on the budgeting process, assist stakeholders along the process and ensure the process within timeline
  • Analytics: Creating financial model analysis data pack, maintaining data entry as well as preparing marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide crucial support to senior members and management by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and research, generating valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and actionable strategies.
