We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making at JULO. In this role, you'll work closely with our Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize our customer journey, enhance underwriting efficiency, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis of our customer acquisition funnel and underwriting process, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and approval rates while maintaining risk parameters
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop and monitor key performance metrics for our onboarding and decisioning systems
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize the customer experience and application flow
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify customer segments, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to analyze campaign performance and optimize channel strategy
• Create and maintain documentation for analytical processes and business logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably in consumer lending or fintech
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, including complex queries, data modeling, and advanced Excel functions
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
• Proven track record of translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending, specifically with underwriting and credit risk analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in consumer lending
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
• Understanding of user behavior analytics and conversion optimization
