Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to specialized bank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary 💼

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager focused on transforming and enhancing the analytics capabilities of Khazna. This is a challenging role that will allow you to work alongside world-class professionals to solve for Financial Inclusion. As an Analytics Manager, you will be an integral part of our strategy team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of analysts, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing the alignment and execution of various projects. This role offers the chance to work with different tools, technologies, and methodologies while honing your leadership skills and contributing to our data-driven success.

Key Responsibilities📋

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and business requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL to gather and manipulate data from various sources for analysis.
• Leverage Google Workspace tools to create insightful visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Employ Python to develop data pipelines, automate tasks, and perform advanced data analysis.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management by communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
• Take ownership of project alignment and management, ensuring team members are on track and goals are met.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest analytics trends and technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot challenges, share knowledge, and optimize processes.
• Lead and managed a small team of analysts, guiding them through project planning, execution, and delivery.
• If experienced, contribute to front-end development using JavaScript or Typescript to enhance user interfaces.

Qualifications🎓

• 7+ years of Experience preferably in Analytics, Finance, Engineering or Consulting
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data visualization and reporting.
• Solid experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
• Preferred familiarity with JavaScript or Typescript for front and backend development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong leadership potential
