Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a key member of the leadership team responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving user and revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The CCO will oversee all sales, partnerships, and business development activities ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals. This role involves managing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, while continuously identifying new business opportunities and markets.
What you’ll do
- Scale up the business in Egypt to 10 million users
- Directly responsible for the Egypt revenue growth and overall P&L
- Launch the KSA business in partnership with the core KSA team
- Own and execute the strategy and drive the allocation of resources
- Hire, manage, develop, and retain an aggressive, bold, and hands-on team
- Advance Khazna’s vision, mission and culture
- Grow top of the funnel by seeking out and closing new partnerships and alliances
- Manage existing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and enhance the company’s market position
- Lead new product partnerships
- Manage profitable user conversion
- Manage and develop different sales channels to ensure growth targets are met
- Work closely with Operations, Strategy, Product, and Technology teams to launch products and user experiences highly adapted to the needs of target users
- Monitor market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape and be the thought leader in fintech in Egypt
