Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

Job Description

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about Khazna's Services
  • Ability to Handle both Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Use their telesales executive skills to reach out to the target audience
  • Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone
  • Data entry on google sheets/excel
  • Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
  • Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role not less than one year
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Spreadsheets) and telephone systems
  • Good knowledge of English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
