Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.
This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Strategy team to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze user behavior to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Track and optimize key funnel metrics, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
- Monitor performance across channels, identify drop-offs, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct Lifetime Value (LTV) tracking and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) maximization analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Continuously refine and improve data tracking and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in **SQL** for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Retool, Looker).
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in growth analytics, including funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and LTV/ARPU/CAC tracking.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
