We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to manage Personnel Administration, Payroll Processing, and Support the People Operations Manager in Compensation and Benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Labor laws, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee social insurance and labor law compliance, ensuring all related activities and records are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with current regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Process Payroll by gathering and verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests.
- Ensure that Payroll is processed on time, and all deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits) and benefit enrollment for employees are correctly applied.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to employees by addressing payroll, benefits, and personnel-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with the Rewards & Operations Manager to develop, implement, and administer the company’s Compensation and Benefits Programs.
- Assist in the annual Compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and adjustments.
- Contribute to process improvements within the People department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- From 2–3 years of experience in People Operations role.
- Good knowledge of Social Insurance and Labor Law
- Hands on Experience in Payroll Processing
- Strong Excel skills and database management
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A willingness to learn and grow
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with standard working hours from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
