Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.
This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

The Sales Executive role is designed for ambitious individuals who excel in both on-ground and over-the-phone sales environments. The successful candidates will dedicate 75% of their efforts to on-ground sales and 25% to over-the-phone Sales, contributing to acquiring and retaining users for Khazna’s Services.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Sales (75%)
- Visit corporate locations to engage with employees and promote Khazna’s services.
- Acquire new users through onsite registrations.
- Distribute Khazna cards to registered users and complete the required KYC process.
- Ensure accurate data collection and entry during on-ground activities.
- Travel as required to various governorates across Egypt, based on work demand.
Over-the-phone Sales (25%)
- Engage with potential users through phone calls to onboard Khazna’s services.
- Convert existing registered users into active users by promoting app features and benefits.
- Maintain high-quality service and professionalism during calls.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related Field.
- From1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to travel frequently to different governorates within Egypt.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- High adaptability to work in both on-ground and tele-sales environments.
