Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

We are looking for a highly capable and data-driven Telesales Manager to lead and grow our telesales function. This person will be responsible for managing the current telesales team , ensuring performance targets are met, and setting the foundation for future teams including Lead Generation and TAM (Tele Account Management) for SME accounts. The ideal candidate must be technically strong in Google Sheets, queries, and dashboards, as our current telesales systems are largely spreadsheet-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage team leads and telesales agents.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly team performance across connected calls, registrations, activations, conversions and other KPIs.
  • Implement and enforce structured schedules, break policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enhance call scripts and agent productivity.
  • Build and maintain daily tracking tools using Google Sheets, and query-based dashboards.
  • Monitor call lists, reach rates, and conversion funnels closely to ensure high efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations and BI teams to maintain performance visibility and reporting.
  • Design and optimize data models and queries that support the telesales operation.
  • Own the manual backend of performance dashboards and tracking in absence of a CRM.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and user accessibility across sheets and tracking tools.
  • Prepare the department to launch two new teams within 6 months:
  • Lead Generation Team – to support the sales funnel for corporate acquisition.
  • TAM Team – to handle ongoing engagement with SME accounts remotely.
  • Contribute to telesales strategy, hiring, and training plans as the team scales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong background in B2B or fintech sales is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Google Sheets, including formulas, queries, and dashboard building.
  • Hands-on experience in building manual performance dashboards or CRMs via Sheets or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in leading high-performance teams.
  • Ownership mentality, solution-oriented, and a proactive leader.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal systems.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven in decision-making.
