Khazna
Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to specialized bank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.
Khazna is looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing
team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful brand strategies that
strengthen Khazna’s brand equity, boost customer engagement, and drive business growth
across Egypt and KSA.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to transform brand vision into effective, multi-channel campaigns. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong team player mindset to ensure seamless alignment and execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives for both Egypt and KSA markets.
● Manage and oversee all brand-related marketing initiatives, including campaigns and digital activities targeting these markets.
● Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and inform branding strategies specific to Egypt and KSA.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design, operations, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in both markets.
● Monitor brand performance through KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging communication and branding techniques relevant to Egypt and KSA.
● Support product launches and other promotional activities to maximize brand visibility in both markets.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management or related marketing roles, ideally with exposure to Egypt and KSA markets.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
● Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with marketing tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
● Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
● Highly collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and fast-paced settings.
● A strategic, creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for building impactful brands.
