Khazna was founded in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked by offering secure, convenient, and smartphone-based financial services. With the first prepaid card license granted by the Central Bank of Egypt, Khazna is on its way to becoming the leading neobank for mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. As part of our exciting growth journey, we are expanding into Saudi Arabia and are looking for passionate and driven talent to build and scale our presence in the Kingdom.
The Head of Sales – KSA will lead Khazna’s commercial efforts in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for driving B2B acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering strong user and revenue growth within Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, B2B acquisition, and partnership development in the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sector in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic leadership role with high visibility and a direct impact on Khazna’s success in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of corporate partners and users across key verticals.
- Hire and lead a results-driven B2B sales team specializing in acquisition and account management.
- Strengthen and expand strategic relationships to grow Khazna’s presence in KSA.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to localize products and solutions for the Saudi market.
- Track market trends and customer insights in Saudi Arabia to guide strategic decisions.
- Deliver regular reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the executive team.
- Be a brand ambassador for Khazna’s mission, values, and culture within the Kingdom.
- Travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally to Khazna’s regional offices as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development or partnerships, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building and scaling commercial operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Established network of corporate decision-makers and partners in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and forecasting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Saudi Nationals preferred

- Knowledge of KSA’s regulatory and financial services landscape, including SAMA requirements.
- Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
