About Klar
Klar is on a mission to democratize financial services in Mexico—because half of the population still doesn’t have access to a bank account. We’re building the future of fintech with a rich set of debit and credit products, and we’ve already served over 7 million users since our launch in 2019! 🚀
We are proud to compete in one of the most dynamic fintech markets in the world alongside the likes of Nubank, Revolut, and traditional banks—and we’re raising the stakes by building a premium brand that Mexicans are proud to carry in their wallets.
Our people
If you join us at Klar, you’ll be welcomed to a team which is rich in many talents and we are very proud! With our head office in Mexico City, and remote tech hubs in Berlin and Argentina, we are always learning something new about another culture or language. With so many people from different backgrounds and walks of life (young professionals, parents, LGBTQ+, neurodivergence), you’ll definitely find your people here!
Our values
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and grow relationships with our network of brokers and
strategic partners. This person will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, developing new business
opportunities, and driving sustainable growth through a consultative, relationship-driven, and data-oriented
approach.
This is a highly commercial role that combines fieldwork, relationship management, business development,
negotiation, and performance analysis to maximize the value and potential of each broker partnership.
What you can expect:
We trust our highly skilled and diverse team and we’re committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for new talents to flourish. We value diversity and welcome all applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation and identity.
Should you require any accommodations through the recruitment process, please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help!
