Your mission is to lead strategic onboarding projects end‑to‑end—planning, coordinating, and executing cross‑functional initiatives that align multicultural stakeholders, meet timelines and scope, and consistently generate business value. You’ll play a key role in communication among teams, proactive risk mitigation and ensuring reliable delivery ✨

Key Activities

• Plan, run, and track onboarding projects from scope definition to final delivery.
• Act as the focal point between teams in Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S., ensuring clear, fluid communication across Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Own project schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators.
• Facilitate core PM rituals (kick‑offs, status reports, follow‑ups, and governance touchpoints).
• Align expectations with internal and external stakeholders, driving transparency and predictability.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, proposing action and contingency plans.
• Champion continuous improvement of processes, tools, and PM practices.
• Partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams

Skills and Requirements

• Mandatory fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
• Strong knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and experience producing executive reports.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in tech, fintech, or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with receivables anticipation, payments, or financial products.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience with digital transformation or international expansion projects.
• Prior work with remote and multicultural teams.
