What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding Monkey’s footprint in the U.S. market. This is a strategic hunter role—focused 75% on our SCF marketplace—requiring a proactive and consultative approach with senior finance and procurement decision-makers.
A Day in the Life:
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle targeting CFOs, Procurement Leaders, and Treasury Executives
  • Build and execute a tailored sales strategy for supply chain finance and B2B payment solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with Corporate Bankers and ecosystem partners to enhance client opportunities
  • Use MEDDICC and Monkey’s proven sales methodology to manage and advance opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Program Management teams
  • Negotiate pricing, structure proposals, and close high-value enterprise deals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via HubSpot CRM
  • Represent Monkey at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership

Key Competencies
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of engaging CFOs and Procurement Leaders
  • Ability to lead value-based sales conversations with C-level buyers, articulating ROI and business outcomes
  • Enterprise sales experience in SaaS, ERP, Payments, or Supply Chain platforms
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) sales cycles
  • Background in or understanding of Corporate Banking, Treasury, or Finance Solutions
  • Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, or Mining is a plus
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5–7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent quota overachievement
  • Proven ability to land new logos and grow existing accounts
  • Experience with complex deals involving Finance, Procurement, and AP functions
  • Familiarity with managing renewals and long-term strategic accounts
