Assistant Manager / Manager – L&D

Role

This role is central to enabling a culture of performance and growth, especially in our rapidly expanding markets.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Needs Identification & Program Design

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional teams to identify development needs.

  • Conduct structured Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to inform program design and prioritization.

  • Design innovative, scalable, and contextual learning programs that drive capability and readiness.

  • Build structured tools (surveys, forms, feedback loops) to capture evolving learning needs.

Content Development & Induction Facilitation

  • Create compelling learning content for behavioral, functional, and onboarding programs.

  • Deliver engaging new joiner induction programs across locations and functions.

  • Drive a learning calendar that supports business priorities and real impact on ground Implement assessment tools to track program effectiveness and learner progress.

Program Facilitation & Learning Delivery

  • Facilitate sessions in-person and virtually for diverse audiences across India.

  • Lead modules on sales capability, customer centricity, interpersonal skills, and functional excellence.

  • Adopt new-age learning methods – simulations, peer learning, microlearning – to elevate impact.

  • Co-create learning journeys for high-potential and frontline employees in fast-growth roles.

Process Improvement & Learning Governance

  • Streamline training workflows, communication, and feedback mechanisms to improve learner experience.

  • Use insights and data to evolve program formats, duration, and delivery methods.

  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to track completion and impact.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Background

  • 3–9 years of experience in learning design, delivery, and facilitation—preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector.

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills across blended formats.

  • Passion for employee development and a learner-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with learning tech tools, LMS, content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, PPT, Kahoot).

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, distributed, and customer-focused environment.
