Manager/Senior Manager - HRBP (Human Resources)

Role

  • Responsible for overseeing employee life cycle, engagement and rewards & recognition (R&R) programs within the assigned span, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and objectives. This includes end-to-end planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, retention, and performance. The role also involves managing HR projects and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with regional business leaders and line managers.

Employee Connect

  • Conduct regular employee interactions, townhalls, and check-ins to assess morale, engagement, and retention risks.

Exit Interviews & Attrition Analysis

  • Generate actionable insights from exit trends and collaborate with business to address systemic issues.

Employee Engagement & Recognition

  • Conceptualize and execute employee engagement and reward & recognition (R&R) programs aligned to organizational values.

Employee Development

  • Partner with line managers to strengthen the employee capability and facilitate learning interventions

Mange employee life cycle

  • Serve as the interface between employees and the HR Shared Services team and Resolve regional queries and concerns.

Strategic HR Projects

  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, culture, and employee experience.

Qualification & Experience

  • Full time Postgraduate / Masters in HR with 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.

  • The ideal candidate to possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and exhibit sharp analytical skills.
