The opportunity

Nocnoc is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Sr. Business Development Representative to expand our business internationally in the US.

The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented professional willing to spread the word about our solution in the US market and capture the interest of global sellers and brands willing to expand their ecommerce operations to Latin America.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Identify new opportunities, develop new business, and close deals to reach the area's growth objectives. Structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies and processes
  • Research target new accounts, identify key persons, add contacts, emails and generate interest through cold discovery calls, email campaigns, and other tools provided by the company
  • Make assertive forecasts for ongoing negotiations
  • Log, track, and maintain Hubspot consistently according to Cribl’s lead-to-opportunity flow process
  • Work directly with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead quality conversion rates and pipeline generation
  • Become an expert in the vibrant cross border ecommerce segment

What are we expecting from you?

  • +2 years of international sales experience, preferably in a technology company with a high growth record (exclusive)
  • Experience in selling online services, retail-ecommerce, SaaS, ERP, digital services, or similar (exclusive)
  • Experience working with sales CRMs such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, or similar (exclusive)
  • Ability to manage a pipeline over time and forecast sales
  • To be passionate about ecommerce, open to constant change in a fast-growing environment
  • A strong hunting-oriented profile
  • Proven dealcloser and strong negotiator
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
  • Open to work across different time zones with customers in the US and travel as well
  • Professional English is a must
