The opportunity

As an Admin & Culture Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our company culture by organizing and overseeing various company events and culture initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing office coordination and ensuring that all logistical aspects of our in-person and virtual activities run smoothly.

You will be in charge of executing the following responsibilities:

  • Culture Activities: Coordinate culture-enhancing events such as office lunches, after-work gatherings, virtual hangouts, and celebrations. Promote these events and ensure high levels of participation.
  • Onboarding process: Provide support in our onboarding process, including presenting to new hires, coordinating with leaders and buddies, and ensuring all necessary steps are completed for a smooth transition.
  • Buddies/Employee Ambassadors Program: Oversee and develop the onboarding buddy system and ambassador program to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture. Train and support ambassadors to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Internal Communication & Newsletter: Develop and manage a monthly internal newsletter, sharing important updates, upcoming events, employee spotlights, and company news.
  • Office Coordinator: Manage office-related responsibilities, including maintaining a positive office environment, organizing supplies, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained and functional. This also includes:

1) Travel Coordination: Manage employee travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries, for company-sponsored trips and offsite events.

2) Event Logistics: Provide logistical support for key company events such as All Hands meetings, Black Friday preparation, and the year-end celebration.

3) Technology Equipment Coordination: Manage the logistics and follow-up for technology equipment (laptops, accessories, etc.) for new hires and exits, as well as addressing any ongoing equipment needs across the company.

4) Legal Documentation Management: Be responsible for the management and filing of all legal employment documentation, ensuring contracts are signed and properly documented upon hiring and departure.

What experience will help you in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • +1 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in startup or e-commerce environments.
  • Exceptional communication and team-player skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English and Spanish, Portuguese is desirable).
