The opportunity

We are looking for a highly proactive, analytical, and technically strong Decision Intelligence Analyst to join our Decision Intelligence team. This role focuses on solving complex business problems by framing them as decision or optimization problems and designing data-driven, optimization-based solutions that improve decision quality and operational performance.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to re-engineer processes and embed advanced analytics, AI, and optimization into core operations, with a clear focus on impact, scalability, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into business processes to identify risks, challenges and opportunities, and translate them into structured decision, optimization, and analytical problem formulations
• Design, develop, and embed advanced analytics, optimization and AI into business processes and production systems.
• Partner with business teams to redesign decision-centric processes and embed solutions into workflows and systems
• Define success metrics, quantify business impact, monitor performance, and continuously improve business outcomes
• Communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What experience will help you in this role?

• STEM degree and background in data analytics, engineering, operations research, BI, applied mathematics, or a related field
• High proactivity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, quantitative mindset
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, modeling and proficiency in SQL
• Comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces, willing to assess trade offs and make decisions.
• Familiarity with data engineering, machine learning and applied AI is a plus
• Experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry is a plus
