Key Responsibilities
Execute manual regression cycles for each release.
- Build and improve Test automations
- Author and maintain test cases against FRD acceptance criteria.
- Reproduce, isolate and document bugs clearly.
- Contribute to growing automation coverage under the QA Lead’s direction.
- Support UAT defect triage when client teams escalate issues.
- Support Client enablement – training, UAT, release queries
- Be the point of contact for the designated client/partners
- Engage with client teams to understand requirements, address queries, and support smooth delivery.
- Contribute to day-to-day business queries and provide operational support to the business team.
What We Are Looking For: Experience & Skills
Required:
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Excellent Comms Skills, Willing to travel to different locations within Kenya and outside Kenya
Preferred:
- Any experience in Manual and test automations in Banking and Fintech domain is a plus
- Hands on experience with test automation tools like test sigma will be an added advantage
