The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy as well as collection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Onboarding & Lead Generation: Build a strong pipeline, onboard distributors, and maintain productive relationships for market penetration.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth targets with strong negotiation skills.
  • Collection & Relationship Management: Ensure timely collections while nurturing strong distributor relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG/ Energy/ Construction Material/ Paints sales, with at least 2 years as an ASM or equivalent.
  • Working as a SO, Sr.SO, ASE, ASO,ASM, KAM in the current organisation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in handling team and set of distributors/stockists.
  • Self owned two wheeler for market visits.
