As a Policy Processing staff each day, you'll...

• Receiving instructions for policy issuance.
• Checking documents before issuing the policy.
• Inputting policy data.
• Preparing daily reports on policies that have been processed or are pending.
• Ensuring the completeness of data and supporting documents for insurance coverage has been fulfilled (if incomplete, return it immediately to the agent/marketing).
• Distributing tasks for policy issuance and proposals to the PIC Policy Processing.
• Coordinating and monitoring the acceptance process with the Underwriter.
• Preparing a renewal list two months before the due date for Marketing.
• Printing Renewal Notices (subject to requests via email from Marketing/Agent).
• Resending the renewal list for the upcoming month to Marketing.
• Providing weekly updates to Marketing on the renewal status for the current month (including policies that have been renewed, those not yet renewed, and reasons for non-renewal).
• Preparing a monthly report on the Renewal Ratio and reasons for Renewal Lapses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the general insurance industry is preferred.
• Have strong attention to details, adaptable, and a fast learner.
• Have a good computer literacy and using Microsoft office.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) at our Surabaya Branch Office.
