Functions and principal activities:

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Implement automation tools/scripts for monitoring.
• Maintain and improve technical documentations.
• Collaborate with Development, Data Science, Commercial department and clients.
• Collaborate with the team for continuous system improvement.
• System monitoring and health-check.
• Issue analysis, troubleshooting and escalation, whenever necessary.
• Develop an effective resource planning for NOC Engineer

JOB PROFILE

Degree:

• Must be a graduate of Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 2 years working experience in a Support Role for Linux based Systems.
• Redhat or CentOS administration training/knowledge
• Scripting knowledge either bash, shell, Perl or Python
• Experience in network/integration protocol analysis
• Experience in PostgreSQL and MySQL administration
• Experience in cloud platforms, AWS or GCP

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities.
• Proactive and willing to learn new technologies.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
