• Develop procedure and strategic programs on employee communications, employer branding and employee engagement to drive on it's implementation
• Creating content for social media needs (non-commercial) and support to managing the social media account
• Building communication and partnership with external parties
• Support training programs and resources around employee engagement and new technology
• Manage all channels or platforms of employee communication effectively
• Handle various activity of engagement for Ula employee internal

Criteria we're looking for :

• Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree from marketing, branding, or a communications-related field
• Proven working experience in employer branding and engagement for minimum 2 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A knack for creativity
